Meet the Team
Two singers, Rose & Madi, met in college at Roosevelt University in 1999, and forged a friendship that led to a beautiful business partnership. Our goal is to provide unforgettable holiday experiences in gorgeous, hand-made costumes, evoking childhood memories and creating new ones.

Rose is a Los Angeles-based jazz vocalist, who named her company after her grandmother, Lola Bard, who was also a jazz singer, in 1930s New York City. The Lola Bard Carolers are a branch of Rose’s entertainment agency, Lola Bard Productions

Mariama (Madi) Torruella is an award-winning Chicago singer, arranger, and songwriter who brings expertise and warmth to ensure clients and performers enjoy a beautiful musical experience. Madi has sung with the Rolling Stones, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and other renowned ensembles, and appears in PBS Great Performances Leonard Bernstein's MASS and Christmas with Felicity.
